Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Can I preview my customised product before ordering?
No! As the Model is clearly shown in Product description. but the preview can be provided after Placing Order.
What is the turnaround time for customised orders?
General Making time of most products is 2-3 Days , After Making Courier time 3-4 Days . Please plan your gifts prior to expected date. To receive on-Time.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return and refund policy for customised products?
For Customised Gifts We can accept Return or Refund . but if they are damaged in courier transit ( details Need to provide for us to review the Damage ) . If the incident looks Genuine. We can Replace the product .
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us and provide Required details . so we can investigate and resend the damaged or Incorrect item .
